Our dilemma - what to have done?? Painted, tiles, special techniques etc. We plan on carrying the same material outside onto the patio under the pergola. Recommendations please? Pros & Cons? Contractors to call?
I chose to paint my screened front "porch" and tiled my 13x15 screened lanai. Did it myself so can not recommend a contractor.

I would have settled for paint on my lanai but I expanded it and was left with an ugly expansion joint. I also lucked out on the tile as I was on sale and just what we wanted. Paint is less expensive but looks good. Tile looks much better in my opinion.

You might check with Home Warranty for acceptable contractors.
