I had the opportunity yesterday to take my guests to each of the town squares and I enjoyed the uniqueness & beauty of each. My opinion of Brownwood, I feel the Morse family did a great job. I was not disappointed at all. I especially like the trolley room at the sales center which is like an old saloon. Maybe if everyone would quit believing every rumor they hear, they wouldn't be so disappointed when they see the finished product. The fact is that this is phase one & the initial phase was to consist of the movie theater, the sales office, the bank & closing office with stores and restaurants to come. If you don't like the atmosphere you have 2 other squares.... so be happy, enjoy and don't sweat the dog poop.
