Same thing! We just wanted it DONE! So TV is doing it BUT we couldn't stomach the price tag so we asked our designer about modifying it...we are only getting the grill (with about 30 in of cabinetryand countertop on each side)...she told us that the refrigerator alone was $3000. So no fridge and no sink for us! We think we're close enough to the kitchen to warrant not having a fridge and sink. Much more reasonably priced!
