We were in CT for the storm last October. Lost several 100 year old maples on the driveway. The town was shut down for 9 days...no electricity. Took a couple weeks to get all the downed trees cleared. This storm is much worse. They are evacuating all of Fairfield County.
In Villanova PA, they are closing for Monday and Tuesday. Many kids have left campus. This is a monster. When you consider we had winds for 3 days, and it is nowhere near here, it isn't a surprise to think how bad it will be for those who actually in its path. I am really glad we are here.
