Make sure you get a second measurement if you have having wall to wall carpeting installed by Nickel Tile.
I had Nickel measure my house for the wall to wall carpet and give me a figure. I then had Lowe's do measurement for the same carpet and it was a huge difference in the square footage. Would have added up to a large difference. Plus, Lowe's gives a 10% discount just for having served in the Military.
