Soft bristle brush and a hose always works for my husband. There are brushes you can purchase on extension poles at Wal-mart or I believe Sam's may sell them in the auto departments. They are VERY soft and won't damage the screens if you are gentle. Then just wipe down the horizonal support post when done. Don't forget to hose off the floor also, all that new construction dirt will be tracked into your home if you don't.
