Did these people just get here? One of my neighbors just got in for the winter and their dog is barking like a fool, I figure it will settle in.
When we first moved here, the people next door put in a big palm tree, mine barked at it.
I kind of figure that we're on really close quarters here, it's just not the dogs. I have a neighbor whose grandchild plays the piano FOR HOURS. I don't know what that kid did with the lesson money-I suspect she spent it on cigarettes and beer.
If it doesn't let up, and it bothers you do the right thing and talk to them, turning them in will just seems wrong.
