We folded the jerseys to display their names and number from the sleeve, applied with stick pins. We then also included things like first puck scored, programs, ticket stubs, rooster, medals, awards, newspaper articles, etc. These items were applied with a glue gun. It became so popular, it has become a tradition every year since and the were made by their moms with love. I am proud to say after 6 years of college and a relocation for our son from upstate New York to Denver, Co. This was one of the first things my son packed and is displayed in his new apartment. I am sure you have some crafty moms or dads in your school that would be willing to do this. Best of luck.

You're a great Hockey Mom! I wish I had taken the time and effort to do this for my son. I know it would have been very much appreciated. Maybe after I retire in TV (next week!!!!) I'll get around to doing this for him (if and when I find the stuff). Thanks for the idea.
