From our point of view Mansfield did the curbing. We only had to deal with Steve and make out one check to Mansfield.
The details are Mansfield sub-contracted it out to another landscaper that has the equipment. Which is why they were a day or so later. The curbing guys were also very efficient, good, and accommodating.
