Finishing the Lanai Floor
Just an option for you. Our lanai is cracking too. T & D said they would spray a stucco-like coating over it and then paint it ($1/square foot ONLY because it's under warranty), but our tiler said that may shift/heave/ recrack. We can see evidence of cracking elsewhere in the house, so we're going with tiling with the underlay that prevents the tile from cracking.
However, if you will be moving in a couple years, maybe the spray coating would work. I don't know how much it is if you're out of warranty.
