Be extremely careful! You might be getting some bogus misinformation from a company that could be very costly. I would go along with the posters in #12 and #13 and advise talking to an attorney instead of an insurance agent.
You do not want to lose all you have worked for all your life for the purpose of including a cart in with a home rental. It ain't worth it!!
