The grill is not particularly my domain. But I'll have Corona at the ready! And you can bathe in the pool-sans soap of course.
I do feel your frustration however regarding 210. Perhaps the powers that be could contact Ms Parr? Is that the right name? Can't recall. Someone should have an answer somewhere. Well, they do, but they're just not saying. I did look at the map today and there are some nice sized lots in 214 and 215. Did you check those out? I hope you find some satisfaction soon. It's been a rough wait.
