Hi All! As stated I went with 48HR blinds, Rick showed up on time, gave me an estimate, and as soon as my walls and sills were in his nephew went to measure. Installation is Dec 6th and I can post back to let you all know how that goes. The places I contacted for gutters are:

Guess I need to find a closet person. Think Rusty said he has someone. My head is spinning! I got my granite thru TV (Ultimate Granite) and it looks awesome from the pictures. Have to see in person however! Very happy with my choice... I wanted the counters in when I arrived as well as the summer kitchen. So far I am a very happy camper, but have yet to close. Can't wait!
