I have just built in TV and am in your age range. Haven't sold my home here in Chgo yet, but will in the next few years or so. If you can comfortably afford to do so, I think it's a wonderful idea to move to TV! There definitely is a lot to do and see, and many new friends to make! Also, welcome to the forum. There is an abundance of great information here, so keep posting and ask away!
