Mnay of us sold our houses at a loss or for a much lesser price than we planned on. Just get it over with and sell and then join the rest of here in TV. We moved here in April, live in the The Village of Sanibel, are in your age group, and many of us here are still working to be able to live here. If you do not have to even better! It will be worth it !! I have never met a unhappy person living here so far and everyone is like a big happy family. It is like you are a kid again and want to play with the other kids your age on your block. You feel young and healthy there is so much to do here. JUST do it!!
