You might be calling the wrong # for the Dr. Welby clinic. It's not open yet nor will be til after the 1st of the year. You could called Belleview Family Medicine as I've heard they're connected in some way. I did and got an answer right away and had my questions answered. Very nice lady on the other end of the phone too, I might add.
