
We just spent $10K with Native Cuts Landscaping and have NEVER been treated so poorly. Appaently customers are not allowed to ask questions or make suggestions relative to the job. They operate on a shoestring and require 50% down and the balance immediatley upon what they consider completion of the job. Communication with Earl's office manager is a serious problem. We actually received an Email repelete with Bull Sh__ this and God D--- that and manufactured situations that just did not happen! This lady has serious "issues". They have no equipment to handle large trees and wind up dragging them with a truck (scary). Their trucks leaked so much oil in front of my house power washing did not clean it up. The last caution is their Warrenty, you MUST hire them to take care of your on-going landscape care or NO WARRENTY. Earl is a talented designer but a businessman NOT!!!
