Cathy and I are the proud owners of lot #71 in 210 on Regency Ave. as of 5:45 this afternoon. The Mayor (my chief scout) has been taking pictures of selected lots for weeks now and we had it narrowed down to 2 lots waiting for big brother to release them. They spec'd our first choice (lot #86), someone else put a hold on our 2nd choice (#71) and then 15 minutes later released it so my rep jumped on it. She's going to start looking for an earlier design date and mentioned that they are going with 6 months to build now rather than 12. Rusty was at the Sanford airport a little bit ago headed
to TV. The Mayor is about to return.
