I feel that the nasty disgusting habit of discarding a cigarette butt filled with germs and bacteria from the smokers spit is NOT considered wrong by the offenders. When you do something like that for a long time, no matter how offensively horrible it is to others, is just as normal to the offender as saying hello. Hopefully those offenders that read this post will slow down on the disgusting practice.
