I agree it is due to the natural sensitivity of the area. In my opinion the adjective "dirty" is not at all appropriate.....sandy yes.....dirty? Hardly!!!! The area for the golf carts fits the natural surroundings.
If you feel the cart parking area is dirty.....how would one categorize the sand traps and bunkers? Just as dirty? Natural? Other
