I support the ban. I think we were one step from having a bracket strapped to our body to hold the putter in place like a hinge. Keep in mind, as an armature and not playing in a tournament, you can continue to use the belly or long putter. Here in the Villages, we break more rules than we follow, but the pro's should follow the intent of the original game of golf.
