I had a brief day or two when we first got down here to spend the winter two years ago when I felt I had no friends. I decided to just put a smile on my face and talk to anyone that smiled back. That was sooo easy in TV where everyone is ready to talk. Just doing that made me feel more at home. Also, enjoy your neighborhood pool. I couldn't bare the thought of being in a swim suit for our first 3 years. I finally bit the bullet and bought one. That and a foam noodle float have made afternoons at the pool so fun and relaxing. We love bobbing around in the pool and chatting with all the friendly people!!
