Don't be afraid of contacting the sales office and getting a Villages sales rep to answer your questions. They aren't pushy. They don't have to be.
AND they show NEW and resale. Ours did equally. Some say that isn't so...but Jim McLaughlin showed us both. We ended up buying new both times. Remember to add about 20 thousand dollars for a designer series home for the bond if you are buying new. The cottages are less for the bond. The Villa's, I don't know but in there somewhere.
