And don't count on your 45-90 day to vacate contingency either! We had that in mind but our buyers loan was approved early and they asked us to "get out" much sooner than expected! In our slow market we did not feel we could argue so out we got! We had not had time to buy in TV but we were able to find a rental until we could find the home we wanted. Shucks, we were "homeless" for a few days but it was a good "homeless" as we knew our dream of being in TV had come true!
