It was probably "euipment failure" at the SECO substation. Everything south of CR466 is underground. No poles to hit. Could be a cable, transformer or circuit breaker failure. May have been an animal or a HUMAN that made "contact" with a high voltage line. (7 years working on line crews. 24 years working as a system operator controlling the local grid.)
