Oh, as for the person asking about T&D. The pool building was very good. BUT we ran into a big problem with the original T&D service. My kids noticed it first and were saying how rough the bottom and sides of the pool were. My son ended up with a scrape on his nose. I was sitting on the beach area and realized I had dents in my bottom. Then one day, I was swimming and my foot moved along the side of the pool and I took a chunk, literally a chunk, off the bunion area of my foot. Even the dog didn't want to go in anymore

I finally realized how bad it was when I went next door and put my foot in their pool and it was smooth. I called T&D and they were pretty surprised and were scheduling to have the entire pool sanded but one of the engineers who came to visit identified the problem as the chemicals were off and we had a build up of calcium. It was like little pieces of glass...the entire pool surface. Once they flushed all the chemicals out and put in the right ones, scrubbed the heck out of it, it was fine. So if you notice you are hurting when you go in your pool, it is the chemicals.
