Hi Alll ..First I want to say THANK YOU for all your replies... it is so helpfult o get feedback from those who are there or about to be there. Please keep sending it to us. We are pretty particular about the site we want so likely to buy in April, and return in Sept to select the details. So next Christmas may be a TVs! WOO HOO. We may have 6 months to wait to move - or maybe even longer - but I feel comfortable that it will come together. We are SO excited!!!
