Just closed in TV, now I have Q's
Can't wait to move in to our Courtyard Villa in Briar Meadow. We are looking to lease out our Villa for a few months... and I have a couple of questions.
1. What is the difference between a Guest ID and a Temporary Resident ID...
2. Some people list a tax with the property... and I have seen 6-9%. The property we own is in Marion County what is the tax rate there... and where do you pay it...
3. Do they offer a class or club in "renting out your villa, the do's and don'ts" if not who do you talk to if you want to rent it out on your own?
4. Looking for a cleaning service that could promptly clean at the end of the Month... any recommendations?
