I understand that homes are listed in both places, altho rep at the Villages said that 70% were listed in VIllages. i love that it gives info re the number of days the property has been on the market. keep in mind that january is the start of the high season so prices are up there compared to after the snowbirds leave and properties did not sell during the season.
