Massey's service is good, we've used to have them. But they don't provide all the services the OP is looking for. They don't mow, weed or trim the landscaping. The only reason we don't still have Massey is because we were looking to deal with just one company that does it all. Stellar currently has a Holiday Special on their annual packages where you get two free months - totaling 14 months - on your first year sign up. The cost of their individual mowing package is $62.50 per month, or their annual package is $650 which is broken down to $54.17 plus two extra months added for free during their special.
