One of the posters ask why sweat the small stuff..... I can't speak for the OP but my purpose for addressing such an issue would reflect what I am thinking and not what I am feeling.
It amuses me to see a driver block a lane in a parking lot for a respectable period of time just because they are waiting to get an up front parking spot (handicap exempt here). I say amused because they have placed themselves at a disadvantge when leaving since they are in the most congested section of the parking lot. It is even more amusing when that parking lot is for the MVP Fitness Center.
My wife and I always park a good deal away from the front of the store and take advantage of a chance to walk with the added benefit of less worry about a pedestrian behind or in front of us.
I cannot fault every driver from parking in front of a store as it may have been to let off a handicap person or because they had a heavy return to carry or if there wife is like mine and says she will just be a minute.
But BLOCKING A LANE to get the front paring space that is more than I can take
