Where did you get this diet from? Did you read a "Gluten-free Diet" book?
Did you buy gluten-free items at the grocery store, or did you just stop eating items that contain gluten? How did you find out that you're alergic to Gluten? Did you also stop eating items like processed desserts, potatoes and corn?
You only showed one picture; where is the "before" and "after"?
