I just bought the same book but haven't read it yet. I've been juicing a lot more lately and have moved to a mostly plant based diet without refined wheat and sugar and hope to lose 50 pounds this year. Results aren't in yet.
It's good to see that someone is getting good results from this diet - that will be my inspiration. Now I need to read the book.

Good luck! It seems to work, as long as I keep the portions small. I have a goal too, which keeps me on track. (A high school reunion this summer!) p.s. I also have a fruit/veggie/whey protein shake for breakfast every day.
