I've noticed that my neighbor's cement walks and patio are dark with what I suspect is mildew or mold. If Chat. River Rock is porous, I would expect the base underneath would over a period of time be accumulate mold and mildew--much worse than the concrete walks and patio that are normally exposed to the air. Is mold and mildew a problem with Chat River Rock that has to be addressed?
