Obviously, the poor old man has a mental issue. The article said "shows signs of organic brain damage and cognitive degeneration -- and he was unable to determine that the multiple payments of thousands of dollars he each week were "exorbitant." Its amazing to me that this scum bag also had done this to other people in Southern FL and was able to come here and do it all over again.
We must watch out for our neighbors and help them in case they too are in this situation. Guess this poor man did not have any close relatives to help him out.
This is very sad. I hope they throw the book at Brian Stanley Pacific.
