I was wondering about your goal. In the past I have heard all kinds of goals: The most common is to get ready for swim-suit season. Another common one is to look good for an up coming wedding. Also, I have witnessed people losing weight after a divorce because they plan on getting back into the dating scene. The danger is: What happens after swim-suit season is over? What happens after the wedding etc..

Therefore, the way I see it, the big challenge is to still have the weight off after 1, 2, 3, or more years, or, hopefully, for the rest of your life. I think the best chance of keeping the weight off for good is to do it for health reasons.

By the way, it's not my intention to diminish your accomplishment. I'm not trying to be negative, I'm just trying to be realistic.
