Therefore, the way I see it, the big challenge is to still have the weight off after 1, 2, 3, or more years, or, hopefully, for the rest of your life. I think the best chance of keeping the weight off for good is to do it for health reasons.
By the way, it's not my intention to diminish your accomplishment. I'm not trying to be negative, I'm just trying to be realistic.

What you say is absolutely true - getting there is one thing; staying there is another. My goal is to help me get there. Hopefully creating new healthy eating habits will help me stay there. (Plus I have reunions every 5 years!)
