I'm no expert on pools so I won't give any opinions. However I did find a website that you might find useful and if you Google Fiberglass pools vs Concrete pools, you'll also find a wealth of information you can explore. BTW, while exploring I did find a statement that fiberglass is more expensive than concrete, dependant on the quality of the fiberglass. So I'd be careful of quality when the cost is 60% less.
