Sorry, but there are tons of people outside The Villages, and I would venture to guess a few in The Villages (me being one) who would love this type of venue. Believe it or not, but some people like other things besides golf, bocce ball, driving golf carts and other activities inside the bubble. I have friends, colleagues, students and their families that do all of these things EVERY weekend. Now, to have a common area where they can compete and socialize with others, sounds awesome.

Dirt bikes, tractor pulls, demolition derby.....the more diverse activities in the area the better. Love tractor pulls!
