Thank you for the additional info, ChaChaCha. I definitely will inquire about options for single homeowners. I don't know the drill at the Villages yet, but my hope is that their is a strong presence of singles involved in the homeowner's association. With the growing number of singles moving into the Villages, their concerns definitely should be addressed. Maybe a Singles Homeowners Subcommittee is the answer.
