2. A required file (c://windows/sysWOW64 (Macromed/Flash/Activex.vch:5) could not be written due to insufficient permission.
3. Adobe Flash Player did not sufficiently install.
I checked my Control Panel and it shows the following installed programs:
Adobe Air
Adobe Flash Player II Active X
Adobe Flash Player II Plug Ins
I do not seem to have this problem when using Firefox; I am able to view videos. But for some reason I prefer to use Internet Explorer and therefore, keep encountering this problem. I then have to switch to Firefox to view the video.
Any simple solutions? I am completely computer illiterate. Thank you.
After posting my original question, Using IE, just clicked a video attachment to an email. The video DID open and played with "big time skipping". However, I still get message at bottom of TV site saying" This website wants to install Adobe Flash Player". So problem must still exist. HELP !!

I can't answer all of your questions, but I will say that if you want to install Adobe Flash player go to
Adobe and at the top hover over the word download and then click on download Adobe Flash Player. If you click on a link that out of the blue appears at the bottom of the screen you are risking adding a virus to your computer. I don't click links that appear out of nowhere I always go to the top and type in the website name and do it that way. If you do install it, be sure to uncheck the box that says make google chrome your internet search engine (of course unless you want that).
P.s. other computer users please advise on this one, but I think you may have to uninstall your current adobe flash player before installing a new one.
