HI GranMan: I'm not in TV now, but will be a FROG on Partridge Ave. in Fernandina 206 come August 2013. I think thats not far from Allaire Loop. You're lucky to be down there already, and I hope you meet and enjoy your neighbors. I think if I were in your situation I'd throw an informal meet and greet and invite the neighbors by dropping by their homes to invite them in person.
