This will be my last thread about my grandson Quentin, who passed away December 31. There are probably some who question how I could post about this, especially while he lay in the hospital with the faint hope of recovery. To that I would answer that TOTV and Facebook were two of the most cathartic exercises I could focus my mind on while spending almost a week in the ICU waiting room. The good wishes, hopeful stories, and most of all, the prayers that were generated by this terrific community of people helped me get through this, and I am sure were felt by Q. No one can answer why things like this happen to good people, but we can only survive with the hope that we will be reunited someday in Heaven. I have thanked you all before for this, but wanted to make sure that all that responded, or even saw the posts and prayed for Quentin, and for our family, would have another chance to feel my sincere expression of gratitude.
