There is a 2 car garage home on Loma Paseo Drive in the village of La Reynalda with a golf cart garage in the rear off the multi modal path, quite unique. The house was up for sale a few months ago.
I know someone who has a 2 car garage and parks 2 big cars in the garage, with the golf cart parked sideways behind one of the "very long" cars! It works, in the absence of a golf cart garage but takes some maneuvering to fit the golf cart sideways.
