Being only 35 I interview people at the sunset of their lives to share the video biography with their family. The thing that strikes me about all of them is that they don't complain about how life handed them a bad break. They never talk about how the world is against them. They are generally happy with how things turned out. Most say, "I wish I had traveled more" or "I wish I had spent time with my family more" but never do they complain about how their boss did not give them that promotion, or how they lost a bunch of money in the tech bubble or anything.
People may complain in the mean while, but when they look back on it all they must always say that they have been blessed with great family, great friends, and great experiences. For those that don't feel blessed, often they should just look inside of themselves, because often that is where the problem can be found.
