Nope! lol Nor do you get a guarantee that you will have priority at golf courses, restaurants, stores, or anywhere else! Someone with a patio villa at 50% of the LOT price has the same privileges. That I think is so cool and good for all. If someone wants to pay those prices, more power to them for living the lifestyle they want. But others can pay much less and live the good life here too!
