When you are shown a different one than what you see on line that may change things. One of the videos of a model (can't recall which one) shows the decor in some rooms, but then others are obviously a typical model home set up by builders for design choices.
And, I also noticed that some subtle changes were made in many of the homes. I wondered if people who fell in love with the former samples go to design and request what they saw before rather than what's featured now.
