Go to the top of whatever page you're on and click on Private Messages under where it says Welcome and your member ID. After that, scroll down that page a bit and in the links that run along the left side of the page, look for Send New Message under the Private Messages heading Click on that and it will hopefully be self-explanatory from there. It'll kinda look like what you'll see when you're posting.
