We love Brownwood, Jim fancies himself as a Virginia cowboy to it is right up his alley!! Jim has a lot in common with you, Your Honor and if you are a Marine all the better. I wish I were there with you all on the 19th for the birthday pary with Hotrodgirl, it's my birthday too!!! We are hoping to build an expanded Gardenia and keeping our fingers crossed that there will be something down there with our name on it that is close to all the fun and cast of characters in Gillyland. Be well, and enjoy another beautiful day in The Villages, we are expecting 4" of snow today!!!
Welcome and I'm sure you will be able to find just the lot you want in Gilly. My wife and I took the auto train down for the first time in December. It was such a good experience we are using it once again when we go down for our closing in March. If you haven't done so already I would suggest getting one of the sleeper units as they are better than coach seats. You also get to go to the lounge car between 3 - 4 PM for complimentary wine and cheese. The dinner was also a pleasant surprise. Good luck on your LSV.
