Has anyone on this forum purchased a cottage home at Lake Sumter Landing?

Noticed that there is one fully furnished turn key cottage for sale right down in the thick of things..........Small lot; not a pool home, but adorable.

I would think it might be a good investment. Not sure.

Thinking along the lines of rental income and partial snow birding during winter months????

Thanks in advance to anyone who has looked at these or perhaps stayed in these cottages during a lifestyle visit or actually purchased one.

Obviously, it's smaller at 1,900+ feet but perhaps just right as far as upkeep.......and again, closer to everything at Lake Sumter Landing.

It's the only cottage listed under resales at the Villages website of preowned homes. I'm assuming it was a "Lifestyle Visit Rental"....thus being sold fully furnished.....with the plantation shutters, etc. Tiny lanai.
